Learning the characteristics, the natural laws of Ki, and uncovering wisdom through purification of the Heart is the essence of HARI education.
Ki & Breathing exercises
It is a meditation-like session where we adjust our vibrations of Ki energy. During the session, Instructor will assist in adjusting your vibration to attune with the Shinki/healing energy. These sessions will evoke the awareness of consciousness and help to integrate information from the Traditional medicine.
Gassho and Sesshin Practice
The meaning of the word "Gassho and Sesshin" is to tie, connect, or to harmonize. The purpose of those is to connect the mind, body, and spirit. Instructor will demonstrate how they influence one another as we practice Ki exercises. He will also help us to awaken our energetic pathways (meridian) and chakras.

Note on the Training
This is an extraordinary opportunity to study "real Japanese acupuncture," a truly energetic and comprehensive system that does not rely on stimulating the nervous system through "de qi" sensation. Rather than strong stimulation, all the patient usually feels is profound. The theoretical aspects of Hari are easily mastered so most of the seminar time is used for hands on training and feedback. This is the key to really learning Hari and producing results in your clinic practice. The seminar format allows you to learn, have questions answered and develop skills while practicing with live feedback from instructor Mr. Kuwahara and members of the Hari society. In Addition: Students are invited to the Boston Hari Society toA practice sessions of Hari as a free tutorial class.
