A great opportunity to master the treatment of the Ki System with the Extraordinary Vessels! On this very special weekend we will welcome T. Koei Kuwahara sensei from Boston, US. originally Kagoshima, Japan to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for a workshop introducing the use of the 8 Extraordinary Vessels with the addition of their *'Super 4'* - a set of 4 points, supplemental to the traditional Extra Vessel system, that are useful in the treatment of psychosomatic and iatrogenic disorders common in our modern, busy lifestyles. Kuwahara sensei and His Teacher: Fukushima and Miyawaki sensei has developed a system of diagnosis and treatment of the 8 Extraordinary Vessels through abdominal palpation and the use of copper/zinc pellets. Due to his teachers’ blindness, their sensitivity in palpation is exquisite and this has led to the development of a methodical Ki approach to E.V. treatment and the knowledge he shares is profoundly useful to the study and practice of acupuncture as a whole. This weekend workshop will transform your sensitivities, increase your awareness of the patient's whole Ki system and give you the tools to bring balance back to the system through the use of the Extraordinary Vessels.
Kuwahara sensei's abundant experience comes from his busy private practice in Japan and Boston where he has been implementing the use of 8 E.V. treatment for decades. He has also the editor of the Fundamental of Japanese Medicine/Meridian therapy textbooks in US. He is a pillar in the Japanese Meridian Therapy world, an assistant professor at New England School of Acupuncture, and brings great experience, heart and joy and sensitivity to his practice of the art of acupuncture.
