Due to small amount of health plans that cover acupuncture treatment, we currently do not process insurance payment. However, a few health plans now covers acupuncture up to 24 treatment per year.
Please ask your insurance company about your coverage. Does they reimburse for acupuncture or not? They may have some limitations, such as number of treatments, conditions treated, or the need for a referral from a medical doctor. Please determine this information prior to your appointment. Many clients of ours find that their insurance covers our services. They would pay us at the time of service, and we provide them bills with insurance information for reimbursement.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made during clinic office hours at least 24 houres prior to the appointment. Cancellations for Monday must be received by Friday.
Clients with same day cancellations or missed appointments ("no shows") will be charged a fee equal to the cost of their scheduled appointments.
Cancelation fees will also apply to new patients for a missed first visit.
Cancellations due to weather or emergencies are excepted if you call prior to your appointment.
